Day 30 in pictures

What a fantastic finale the team had yesterday on their last leg of the Walk Around Wales.  The team started at Newport Dialysis Unit, they then walked to St Edeyrn’s Church, from there onto Cardiff North Dialysis Unit.  They had a wonderful welcome from the staff and pupils at Rhydypennau school followed by a hero’s welcome at the University Hospital of Wales where they finished their 470 mile Walk Around Wales.  Staff, patients, sponsors joined in the celebrations at UHW where the team presented their final 2 Walk Around Wales plaques to Suite 19 and the Kidney Wales Children’s centre.
